Starting my first collection of tutorials with Blue Aquatic Eyes.
Eye makeup has such a drastic effect to your look, whether you want to use bright, dark or neutral colours. It has the power to make you look so different and with tips and tricks can effect your entire appearance.
I decided to go with blue for my first tutorial due to the bright and vibrant colour. Blue goes really well with my light skin tone, blue/green eyes and blonde hair.
The colour really stands out!
